phewww this becomming a regular problem.. i lived not far from there in a place called almelo.. the dutch do pride themselfs on good structures.. but like most of the nearby europen states we are importing lots of cheap and poor welded steal products.. two months ago i was working on a huge steel roof truss... 6x6" box section.. holding around 170 tons.. mostly supporting extraction units.. this truss had been ripped apart by over loading, but was within its limits..but because it was above the cielings it was not noticed but the bangs of the steel welds and joints breaking cud be heard 100 feet below... upon inspection they found that 80 percent of the welds was so poor they never even had proper contact with both jointing sections... lots of british ships too have found that they have used poor quality polish steel.. resulting in a few losses of ships..
