dont spend years and money getting divorce if you and ex want to move on check to see if your names spelt correct on papers if not try get a single cert in your correct name if it works you will be able to marry and he can do same i found this out today from my fiancee her aunty found out her name was wronge and did what i just said and it worked lots money saved

I'm sure the court will accept the 'alias' when the case comes up for 'bigamy' , and fraud on the original docs.

true am not saying for anyone to break the law it seams that some have done this and got away with it when pushed to dispair people will do what ever they need to become single
