Exactly, and so far we're none the wiser with no response from the original poster.
Your post deserves a reply, and sympathy, which may help other members.
* There's a genetic element to steady weight, normally not a cause for worry especially if it's within the desirable range.
* Unintentional weight loss / inability to gain weight if already too thin, should always be taken seriously. There's a long list of possible causes. Poor nutrition ( even in hospital ) or eating disorders may be responsible. Smoking, use of legal / illegal drugs, or psychological factors ( stress, bereavement, depression ) can be involved. There are several reasons for " hidden " cancer to cause weight loss, as well as overactive thyroid, diabetes or infection.
* Unintentional weight gain / inability to lose weight ( one in four adults are now overweight ) is most often related to diet / inactivity .... but not always ! It's the " mirror image " of weight loss - poor nutrition, eating disorders, quitting smoking, use of drugs, and psychological factors may have a role. " Hidden " cancer, underactive thyroid and other illness can also cause weight gain.
* If your weight is changing, you don't feel well, and it worries you, see your doctor .
Instead of taking energy drink . You have needed to add more protien foods in your diet . Protien foods like more nuts , Peanut butter , boiled eggs and bananas . THese foods will helped u alots for gain some weight . BEst of luck
