Visit Visa Outcome... Heeelp!

Forgive me as this query may well be repeated elsewhere, but can't find it on this forum - my asawa just had the following response to our visit visa application.

Your visa will be despatched shortly. Passports can normally be
collected from the Visa Application Centre after 3 days. Applicants in
Australia and New Zealand should allow 3 days before tracking their
documents via the local post. UKBA-Manila Visa Hub

Now, does anyone know for sure that this means what it seems to mean?

95% of threads I can find on the www seem to be very positive, however there are a few which say otherwise, and of course, I/we want to know ASAP and don't want to wait days for her passport etc..

Any input would be gratefully received!

Well if it says the visa WILL be despatched. Then the visa is on it's way.
If the application was refused then NO VISA would be on it's way. Eh??
SO Congratulations to both for the happy outcome.

I think you'll find negative outcomes only say a decision has been made, they do not state your visa is on it's way.

I know it seems a daft question - but as with anything else, once the seed of doubt is sown it can take over especially when you want something so much!!!

YES YOU have a visa. I received one in email and after 2 days an sms and then inside my passport ...VISA so it is VIsa....
my friend applied too last 4days ago, did not receive any email like mine... im getting sad but we will still wait til they sens sms ready for pickup....
