    Question Help advice plssssssssssss

Sorry i have to repost this again...........

    Hi and Hello to all
    Good day

    We need advice..................

the evidence we have, chat logs, screenshots, moneygram reciepts, letters and cards, all 1-2 years ago but only 2 weeks together last feb 2011. He will come back here again for 2 weeks on Jan 2012 and we planned to get married
we dnt knw if thats enough evidence to apply for visa or maybe he need for another visit before we get married and apply for visa .

i just wasnt sure if we needed more time together or if the 2 weeks we spent and 2 more weeks in jan to get married next year is enough to apply for a spouse visa....so only 4 weeks together in 2 years of being together

    Many thanks to this forum
    Pam

why worry about the spouse visa if you havent marry yet??? chatlogs, remittance, letters and cards are just supporting documents ..you need to provide more about your sponsors documents like accomodation, bank statements, pay slips

We are aware of the requirements that we need (we think), we just wasn't sure about whether or not only 2 visitations over a 2 year period would be enough to meet their 'time spent together' requirement.

We have chat logs and Moneygram reciepts dating back 18 months (from now), not to mention emails, letters, cards etc, which all join together a constant and daily connection between us proving our constant contact.

Our only query was whether the 2 weeks in Feb '11 and 2 weeks in Jan '12 (where we would get married), followed by a quick application for Spouse Visa soon after that second visit, would be sufficient for the application. Assuming of course we had all the documents of sponsorship, including 6 months of healthy bank statements etc.

We were hoping someone else had similar experiences of a quick Spouse Visa application after marriage would like to share with us.

You are right to keep records of your contacts, and time together.

It is most important that your future husband has printed records of his salary and work record, plus bank statements for at least 6 months showing a credit balance at all times, and preferably with details of his salary going into that account.

Two visits will fine, don't worry.

... some have got the fiance visa after just one visit.
