She will find some Filipinas in and around the Plymouth area, we have some members from that area, maybe they will see this and make themselves known.

Thank you! Nobody has made themselves know to me yet :( I'll keep posting until somebody responds to my plea!!!
I suggest that when she arrives you take her up to the local catholic church (assuming that is her faith) and she will soon meet other like minded filipinas. Or try the nearest hospital ... or even major care homes, problem can be that many of these staffs work nights or weekends.
