    help

    things just got bad am not well kidney stones claiming dhss no money saved how can i now get my fiancee here now i have private rented house big 4 two i dont know when i will work fiancee has money to support her self but am up the creak no paddle an boats sinking pleaseam going nuts i dont want to lose her if she cant get visa to come

    I know it's not what you want to hear, but you undoubtedly know the answer yourself ......you have little or no chance whilst not working and claiming DHSS.

    Additionally, no savings just compounds the problem.


    You're going to have to shelve the fiance visa thoughts until you have a stable job, and have built up some savings.

    yes and how are you going to pay for the visa and flight

    very difficult but not impossible when your on benefits, you need a lot of planning, time and family and friends who can help you out

    Almost the same scenario..... she would be able to work asap, but again, have no recourse to public funds until the ILR gets approved (2yrs' later).

    In both cases (fiance & spouse visa), it's really all about YOUR situation, and YOUR ability to provide for your wife, without requiring additional govt help.

    If you are on DHSS, that's for 1 person ..... so how can 2 persons live on it ?

    ... sorry, but that's the way the ECO in the Embassy in Manila will look at it.
