Yes, I think. Just hoping it's true, because my partner and I are planning on getting a visa for me. We've met each other around March/April of 2007, and our relationship really blossomed. However, the only evidence(s) that we have are receipts (from his visit here), a few postal mail envelopes, lots of email and chat conversations.
