well after watching the uk border force tv programme.. u might well get lucky... its worth a try if cash is no problem but in all honesty it may be just a bit difficult.. so id suggest u try the proper avenues go thru it accordingly... but then again after watching that tv series... any thing can happen.. one guy came in to the uk to meet his gf but it was his bf haha with no money wot so ever so they called his bf mum and asked if she would support him.. she agreed and he was instantly allowed in... it takes the piss out of so called regulations and visa requirements..
