Talking about the nutrients you get from white rice in comparison to other options like organic brown rice, the result is really astonishing. I have a friend who is taking up food chemistry and this is what he did for his final thesis. He fed 2 groups of chicks (small chicken) and put them under observation. One was fed with white rice while the other was fed with brown rice.
