how much it cost to apply for citizenship with one dependent

as ive read from inf ILR is about 1,400 roughly with one dependent..

btw am bit confuse with citizenship and naturalization. as this the same to applied after ILR??

and if you have ILR does this allow you to travel outside UK..for example France
