I sooooo much wanted a Scooter when I was 16, but dad forbade it because he said they were dangerous (little wheels), so I was the only one of my mates who had one of these...Triumph Tiger Cub 200...which actually I was scared of, if I'm honest.
Took me a month working through the school hols to save up the £20 price.

I used this contraption....so weedy that pushbikes would overtake me when flat out........to commute from Knaresborough to York to work everyday ! (36 mile return trip).
