My wife's uncle in Phil buys 100% alcohol and 'dilutes' it with 50% fruit juice which he sells to people by the litre, filling bottles they bring. My wife thinks it's 30P a litre. Her uncle calls it 'wine' !!!

I hope he's not distilling like the Eastern Europeans with their hooch in Boston - it all ended in tears for them
