    Appeals or Re-apply

Going mad here waiting for the verdict on a Spouse Visa application,I know it's just been almost 2 weeks but unless you are in a similar position you'll understand what I'm going thru

I'm trying to remain as positive as ever but just wanted to find out if the visa was rejected (i pray it's not)I've read that re-applying is the fastest route however do you need to pay the application fee again or just supply the previous receipt ?

Many thanks chaps and yes the wait is proper torture once this is all over I'm gonna get totally rat faced lol

As sars says, it's still early days yet.
Nearly all of know just what you're going through.
I don't think anything I say can help you. Except, try to remain upbeat and positive and get your plans detailed out. Unless you really believe that the application has some real weakness and risk ?

Any re-application will cost just the same as the first, and will need to strongly counter any reasons given for refusal.

re-apply is the best thing to do,u have to pay just like the the first apply.
making an appeal is it takes time and money...

    Hello Guyki,

I know how you feel now. I felt that too while waiting for the result. Things will be good. Just pray for good result.
If you re-apply, you need your passport, original documents and visa fee.

I would just hang in there. We are light of new applications being approved here not seen any new celebrations on fiancee visas recently, I know we got our email last Monday saying things are busy but the app is being processed.
We all have little doubts but ultimately I believe be open honest and truthful, you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
I'm of the learned opinion as long as you prove you've met you're intended and you're of stable income and place to live then the biggest hurdles are done.

Keep positive - I must admit at he moment weekends annoy me as I know there is no decision coming our way...

Don't worry - I certainly don't want to pay another 60750php visa fee!!

Too true,it doesnt help as well when Mahal is inpatient and crying everytime we speak, probably best to get my mind off it and find something to keep me busy

TBH i've been as honest as possible and probably provided more than enough info to support our application but with all things its better not to be too over confident but yeah the niggling thought of having to pay another £800+ to re-apply will be a nightmare

Yeah I haven't seen any posts yet of settlement visa's begin granted recently so they must be busy at the moment
