Well, at one time I (successfully) had an injunction taken out to stop the ex from taking our UK-born son out of the country.
You need to ask a solicitor this question though. Preferably one who specialises in family law.
Yes a family lawyer whos has experience of this sort of scenario. Of course be sure that you have exhausted all possibilties of reconcilation 1st , a childs future which you both contributed to bringing into this world is at stake.
