    Love it or hate it

A Pinay friend has asked if I can take her a jar of Marmite over in a couple of weeks
We all talk about which Pinoy foods we like, but it got me wondering which British foods our Filipino friends like (apart from Cadbury's chocolate of course )

Good one Scott Easy to see why, given the average Pinoy's love of fatty pork

Believe it or not Carina loves a "Sunday Roast"
She especially likes Yorkshire Pudding, gravy, roast parsnips and Brussel Sprouts.

Sometimes she will eat Yorkshire Pudding cold the next day with .....................peanut butter. Urggghhh

My asawa loves Nutella, but I guess the love of choc nails that one. When we go over in September our kitchen will be finished and my Mum is going to cook a good roast with all the trimmings for us, (I got out of that one nicely ) Charie has never had that befoer and is looking forward to that. I will be taking a bottle of Mint Sauce too, I think a flavour not too well known over there.

The wife loves sunday dinner and any pudding involving cream as she never really had the proper stuff before. White bread as well seems a favorite as does british strawberries.

Ah, I'm quite fond of Halo halo. Especially at Chow King. But the number one place has got to be in Cebu at, I think it's called "Ice Castle". Mmmmm
