Post ACCOMODATION DETAILS as requirement on SPOUSAL VISA...pls need ur help!

My husband gathering his pertinent papers to be handed to me in our SPOUSAL VISA APPLICATION. One of the supporting documents needed is the accommodation details. It is said "Details of accommodation that you and your sponsor intend to live in and permission for you to stay there along evidence of any other occupants. Since he is renting a flat he has a TENANCY AGREEMENT with his name in it.

Now our problem, IS IT NECESSARY THAT MY NAME WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE TENANCY AGREEMENT as a supporting document we needed?

He seek advices with friends regarding this matter and given the advice that he may/can get a letter to the landlord confirming that I can be able to stay there. Only, his agent said they don't allow certain arrangement, and only possible way that I can stay with his flat( as a wife)is to add my name in the tenancy agreement and he had to pay a certain about about Php21k.

We need help in this matter because we are confused what to do, it cause delay again and we wanted our apllication to launch soon.

Thank u for your. God bless!

If your husband is renting the accommodation he needs provide the tenancy agreement.
As you are not a signatory to this agreement, then your husband needs secure a simple statement letter from either the landlord or estate/letting agent should be provided showing that there is, or there will be, agreement that you can stay there.
Any existing tenancy agreement should have at least six months to run before expiring.
If this is not the case, then again a statement by the landlord or estate/letting agent is needed that agrees an intention to renew the tenancy agreement for a minimum 6 months, under the same terms and conditions.

Means just get a letter saying you can stay there when you arrive.
