Here's the last lot I made-this time for a Filipina friend's party the night before the wedidng and the wedding reception. This time I left out the lime juice and halved the amount of ginger. It took 4 gours start to finish and made 57 pieces using the two types of topping:









I had this comment on Facebook from a Filipina friend who I took a few pieces too on the way to the wedding:
