There were rumours of planned trouble in Leicester tonight, but so far it's quietApparantly the Police blocked all entrances to the City Centre and main shopping centres at around 4PM, it looks like it was effective
Just as I finished typing this, the news has said that Police in Leicester are tackling a small group of youths in the City centre
