My advice is to wait to see if Jen's mother can achieve something with NSO.
It is without doubt the 'cleanest' route under the circumstances.

It's certainly not the case that the husbands 2nd marriage nullifies the first. The husband is actually a bigamist.

yes but i think he may have done something or paid someone to make the marriage void, jens mum certainly thinks there will be no problem
