I always include marmite in my balikbayan box. I just love it.
I also send load of Twiglets too. Mmmmmm

talking about skyflakes ..so miss it
i have a veggymite barm for my lunch at work each day, thou i know i shouldn't because of the high salt content and It raises the risk of high blood pressure and heart diseaseI always include marmite in my balikbayan box. I just love it.

You can buy them in the Chinese Warehouse in Liverpooltalking about skyflakes ..so miss it
