There used to be a severely disturbed ragged wretched guy hung around near Junquera street,I used to see him often,he was feral and covered in dirt living on the streets,the last time I ever saw him he was just sitting on a pevement almost naked rocking back and forthmental health problems in 'Pinas is due to depression & the government didn't promote such program at least awareness where to consult for any symptoms/guidelines....
Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust, and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems, and when you're down, you never think you'll be up again. But life goes on.
