you should not need to use an agency if your case is pretty straight forward ,
why trust someone else and pay them when its pretty straight forward process

as long as you've got evidence you met, you have a job, some savings and a place for her to live without overcrowding, you shouldn't have a problem..

hardly anyone uses an agency on here, and 90%+ get their visa the first time without using an agency

    Hiya Maricris,

My suggestion is, no need to use the agency to process your future application. For as long as all papers/relationship is genuine, no worries at all.

U may check this website http://www.vfs-uk-ph.com/vfsglobalintroduction.html
& there's a lot of links there for your future use too.

    Good Luck!
If you can't say something nice. SHUT UP!. Simple.

I was also thinking of linking with agency/solicitor for the application but I guess well maybe we can do it on our own

My way of thinking is that if the agency is good then it might be worth it in terms of them doing ta lot of the hard work for you. If you are busy with work yourself and dont have a lot of time then it might be a good idea. However i think there is a drawback to agencies. If when your good wife has received her parcel of documents from the agency, there are any errors in the documentation, then you may never know. In a way i think it is better to know yourself what is exactly in the parcel when you send it so that you know what your wife is looking at at the other end. And that you know it is all in good order when you send it.

Bit like doing your own decorating ......

There's no way you would ever need an agency or solicitor for EEA family permit

Your settlement route is both gauranteed and free of charge.
