Hello Guys.
another question popped up in my head and would really want some answers.
I am the sponsor (british male)
I want to sponsor my wife and 2 step children.
As you can see the above forum my wife has legal custody of the children (please see the posts above).
When proving sole responsibility like, financials, major decisions, does my wife need to prove it more than i do?
would love some answers on this?
