I'm the opposite, I always gain weight in the Phil's and lose it back home. I never eat any fatty meat at home, but in the Phil's it's hard to find any meat in the fat And Filipino sauces seem to be made up of 90% sugar

I love Pinoy food, that's my problem. It's hard to eat healthily over there when you have to rely on restaurant food or fast food for every meal. I do find that after 2 weeks or so over there I am craving for something green and vegetable/salad looking
