I couldnt find this just now, on the UKBA website (whats new), but this is it.....hope this works...

Jeez ... at the top of the page it clearly states: "This Form Must Be Completed in English". If that's the case, then it's obviously assumed that non-European applicants already UNDERSTAND English well enough to do so! So WHY then, the NEED for this stupid Test ???

Victoria. 2 things.

1] Ours was a Spouse Visa. I am not certain that your form and ours are the exactly the same.

2] We (my wife) filled out the online form...accessible through the UKBA website. Then printed it out once completed. I dont recognise the form you mentioned in your last post.

Yes. There are many reasons why I also am annoyed with the language test requirement. Ill thought out from beginning to end. With some thought and effort they could perhaps improve upon the requirement, the eligibility and exemptions and the tests and test providers..........but.....
