I've said it before and I'll say it again, do check on the Certificate of Attendance in a pre-marital counseling and family planning seminar conducted by the Division of Maternal and Child Health at the Municipal/City Hall in the same municipality or city where the contracting parties applied for the marriage license.

I will check terpe. Just need to be there and pay p200. No need for counseling. My future wifes aunt knows people there. Thanks.
