Thanks Guys!!! I am married also to a british and we have 2 year old daughter...Me and my daughter is still here in Phil..I really wanted to be with my asawa coz its so hard now, her daughter miss her daddy too..eventhough we can chat everyday..we miss her daddy so muchhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! I told my mahal i wanted to try for visa again (spousal) as i get some tips reading this very helpful forum..i was refused before at Fiance visa (reasonable to refused LOL) i dnt have any idea before on how interview and everything goes..and we are really in the beginning of our relationship that time..He is my bf since 2005, we get married 2007, get pregnant 2008..he keep visiting us yearly. I hope im also welcome for seeking some advice if ever we will try for visa again.

Yeah, we dnt want to hurry this time..we will take it slowly and surely..visa fee is much expensive now compare 2005..can i start asking question now? Which passport should i get for my daughter? Phil pass? or is she allow to have British Passport? Im bit confused coz she is 2 yr and 3 months old now..and i didnt manage to get her pass when she is younger and is it ok if i will only do it now?Did she need visa too? (Thanks)

Hi CAT, and welcome.

It is most important that your husband registers your daughter with the British Embassy. Then you will be able to get a British Passport for her....maybe the best gift you can ever give her.
It's not difficult. The details are on the UKBA website (and all visa details )

Good luck with your visa.

If your daughter gets her British passport, of course she won't need a visa to come here because she will be a British citizen.

I think you can get a British passport for your baby. Its better so you dont have to apply a visa for your him/her
