Angry Muslim protesters burn US flag outside embassy in London

Same as the Poppy burning scum. Will the Met bring inciting racial hatred charges ?

A big difference between a radical Muslim group using freedom of speech in the UK and a bunch of terrorists who murder innocent public though.

They can be charged under Section 5 of the Public Order Act of burning the US Flag in a way that was likely to cause “harassment, harm or distress” to those who witnessed it.

Abdul Sallam, 41, who was waving a sign that read "Keep The Silence", travelled down to London from his home in Glasgow to show the strength of his feelings.

He said: "I'm a Muslim. What they're doing is bringing shame on all Muslims. This is not part of the teachings of Islam.

"Islam teaches you that when you see anything bad or evil, you should speak out against it.

"If the moderate Muslims all came out and spoke out, that would defeat them.

"I am proud to be British. I love my country. All these people are doing is breaking Britain apart."

Had to laugh at that quote.

If guys on the other side of the road had tried that they would have been arrested
I wish Abdhul and Fariq had came down here on saturday and tried to burn a union jack, the town was packed with ex squaddies and gibraltareans are very patriotic to the rock and the UK

Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust, and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems, and when you're down, you never think you'll be up again. But life goes on.
The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides. True beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It's the passion that she shows to the outside world.

There's your MI6. These so called protesters were given protection by the police. You should also know that the people resonsible for the 7/7 bombings were being protected by MI6. Don't believe me? Google is your friend.

I'm sick of hearing about muslims and other whining minorities on TV and radio.

If they don't like the way we live here, and have done for hundreds of years....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !

Any way Im off to bed now work in the morning. I wonder how many interpreters i will have to meet up with tomorrow. It costs the taxpayer £60 everytime we need one. Just thought I would throw that one in.

Rather than throw it in I'd rather see these germs thrown out

Why is it okay for these extremists to do that in our country.. should have been arrested, now when that pastor wanted to come to England and burn a Koran he was stopped, to many Americans their flag is just as important a symbol. pity the English do not think so foondly of ther St George cross. I still get mad when I see that ex bomber suspect being greeted in Tripolo with St Andrews cross flags, makes me feel ashamed we let him go
Live your life for a reason and don't worry be happy

if you don't know where you are going then any road will do!!
