As for the 'Criminal Activity' that the Home Secretary mentions ... surely the BIGGEST crime is the disparity that allows the British Government to extort thousands of pounds out of its own taxpayers - whilst simultaneously turning a blind eye to the continuing influx of partners of continental Europeans coming here free gratis.
