finally daughter granted visa after refusal but passport not return yet

    hi all,
i thank all of you who shared advices on my daughters application.her application has been overturned and i right away sent the passport to the embassy the next day after i got the email.but its been 3 weeks now but the passport has not been returned yet. i have been calling the embassy and emailing them but i was only told that they have no idea when it will be return as the passport is already with the ECM.
any idea, advices you can share with me?

and another question, if i go ahead and leave my daughter and she will travel on her own when the passport come, will she have a problem as shes only 15 and on the application, i put that she will be traveling with either myself or my husband.
we thought of getting her and assistance or she will travel with my friend as they are coming for a family reunion and we live in the same town in the UK.
i know its been a long wait already but i really have to come back for many reasons

    thank you for your help

I think you may have a problem with her travelling on her own, or with anyone except you her mother...more-so because she is a female minor.

My wife had gone on ahead to England before our family moved back there from the Phils.

She had to come back just to accompany my (then 13 year-old) step-daughter, who already had a ILR for UK, and had previously been living there for 4 years.

I would advise you to consult the DFA in the Phils and get clear advice on this.
