well you cant apply for citizenship until you have had ILR for one year ( well for most people anyway) so if you have ilr then you would need to apply for ilr for her at the same time. ! so she would have ilr, so i dont understand what your askingOriginally Posted by Moy
thanks for the inf joeam still confuse what to do though..as you see..if i applied for citizenship and shes not yet..does she need to ILR to stay on this country with us..until she reach 18 to be eligible to that citizenship??
