Some are used to either a housemaid or their parents doing a lot of the stuff for them, so when they arrive in the UK they discover they suddenly have to do terrible things like cook, wash clothes, clean the toilet, cut the grass, etc .....

and WORK

your starting from nothing, so it will take time to settle and find a job, friends etc..
