a copy of divorce paper is required if your fiance/hubby is previously married..it is said in the seminar that they needed information of the foreign husband/fiance to protect the Filipina wife/fiancee just in case something bad happens like abuse/human trafficking, etc. Most of the time, what's being asked is the Maiden name of your hubby/fiance's mother. Other questions they asked is about personal stuffs related to your hubby/fiance and about your relationship (when & where did you meet, etc.)..this is just to prove you know your hubby/fiance very well..according to CFO, they put the data in their records for future reference in case legal matters are needed..
