Sent a text last weekend in response to an O2 radio ad promoting a pie giveaway to do with the Rugby World Cup

They must have me down as a VIP because delivered this morning was a cooler box containing

8 breakfast pies (4 meat, 4 veg)

8 cans of Greene King IPA beer

St. George's flag

1 x 50p off IPA voucher, 1 x Free Pint IPA Voucher

I no great lover of rugby probably because of the maulings I got when forced to play it at school but thanks O2 and Come on England !

I did a google and it looks like more stuff is claimable Saturday onwards

I played rugby up to the age of 38yrs. Far too long really and did some perm damage to my knees. So it's clickerty click whenever I climb the stairs.

I've just read the website info, and 1000 lucky winners got the cooler box prize. Hopefully a few of us will get the top prize.......not that I'm a fan of pies or beer with twigs and insects floating in it I'm more of a McDonalds and Europop man

I was the first of those 1000 - the beers good, 5 cans left and that number will be going down in more ways than one later

TBH, it doesn't really bother me, I'm not a fan of beer with twigs, insects and bits of grass floating in it. They're in my dining room cabinet and probably won't get touched until my dad or brother come round...There wasn't an option to specify Europop instead
