Hello everyone- as I told you I submitted my papers 30th of sept. And now I got an SMS from VFS said: "your processed visa application is ready for pick up tomorrow 2-3pm".
I am nervous and excited. I know some of you guys are done on this stage.
Just a question does it mean YES for visa? sorry to ask or i think i am just so excited.
I hope i can sleep tonight- really i wanna see my fiance again soon--

My wife got this same message "your processed visa application is......" . And her visa was approved. But because it didnt say that the visa was ready for collection, like it evidently has in some cases, she knew she had to wait till she had her passport in her hand, to be 100% certain. It was a sleepless night for us both.
Evidently we don't all get the same message, even though our applications are approved.

i got an email from UKBA saying "your visa will be dispatched shortly"...and after 3 days the VFS text me that my processed visa application already forwarded to courier which is via 2go and i got an approved visa...good luck han...just be positive always

Arthur. There seems to have been so many applications and so many successes this month or so. Is it normally this busy? Or is this exceptional just now? I think it was Scott who said we ought to have chartered our own ladies flight across to the UK just now.... I was pretty certain it WOULD be!

Indeed, my own wife happened to be one of the luckier ones. Application submitted January 20, 2009 ... approved 4/5 weeks later, on February 23. So it gives you someof the [much-needed] improved service!

my fiancée will lodge her application and huge pile of back up documents 19th october so hope we have the same luck as you and and get the travel clearance in such a short space of time
