Thanks for the tip gparry. Century, Ayala, and SMDC have also got quite a few developments around Metro Manila so it's really crazy at the moment there as far as constructions are concerned. Most of the projects will be ready for occupancy in 2014/2015 so exciting times are ahead!

Hey guys! I recently moved to the UK and if you anyone is interested I am actually a broker for SMDC corp selling various condominiums in Manila.


@RickyR, properties in Makati are not necessarily that expensive. The SMDC Jazz residences located on Jupiter street close to Powerplant mall starts at about 35-40k and goes up. Other residences are also available, I would even suggest the location of SM Light Residences between Makati and Quezon.

Please contact me if you need a nice condo in the primest location in manila. My soon to be father in law is an agent. He sells condominium as sidejob. The condos are really good cost around 3 mil pesos - up. the name is Azure, Paris Hilton beach club. unfortunately they are all sold out as of the moment coz a french investor bought all the available, but next tower will be open in March. that is soon. there's this another condo from century properties, the Acqua, many units available. tnx.
