EEA5 application tricky questions and daughters application

    Hi everyone!
just need some help on our application.as i am currently filling out the online form.

on the part that it asks my husbands nationality what should i put in? we are applying for the eea family permit and my husband is british/irish. we are now confused as what to put in as you are only allowed to put 1 nationality.you cannot put a "/" in it.

And another question, i will aslo be applying for my daughters family permit.she is 6 years old do i need to fill out a separate form for her and if so, do she need to go with me too to the visa application center for her biometrics and do i also need to book her a separate appointment from mine.
    many thanks!!!
hope to here from all of you

if he is applying from northern ireland i'd put irish and use his Irish passport as he needs to be 'exercising his treaty rights'
