it looks like the judge accepted your extra evidence which is good news, as i think guidance to judges now is to base their decision on the evidence you originally submitted, as many people were submitting new evidence and winning their appeal because of this new evidence, and the HO point is that they should have submitted this evidence with their original app.
i've seen a few cases recently just b4 the hearing the embassy overturning the refusal or the HO solicitor not appearing at the hearing, all to do with money..
so yes it sounds like good news to me
