'Newbies' require to accumulate 15 posts before qualifying for full membership status. But that needn't prevent you from responding to others' posts ... since you were able to reply to one of mine when you first joined. Could it possibly be you're confusing our site with ANOTHER one called 'Living in the UK' ?
