If you seriously want advice on which way to turn you need to open up about your partner's situation.

Its all very well some of us suggesting go for a fiancee type visa but, if he's not working or financially unstable then the money your going to shell out for that would of been wasted.

Thank you terpe..sorry for creating multiple treads but i thought the last one was not being posted...anyway thank you for your advice..and to gwapito yes we been talk about it..but i do believe after all those years he still dont trust me much..or else He is not that committed..when i said why cant we try a civil partnership..its seems not an option to him..To be honest if we try visit visa again im sure another refusal my circumstances cant be changed anymore..i did all i can and i put up everything already....
