Germ stole Poppy Tin then started collecting for himself

How low can you get Once again the judiciary show themselves completly out of touch with public opinion by only jailing this turd for 6 weeks. I hope he gets some serious beatings in jail

This is the moment a callous thief steals a poppy collection tin by wrenching it from a metal chain - before he cons unsuspecting shoppers in to giving him donations.

Shameless Christopher Liney, 38, stole the tin from a Royal British Legion stand, which included wooden crosses commemorating our war dead - the day before Armistice Day.

Liney - who accidentally left a court bail notice bearing his name and address at the scene of the crime - then unashamedly rattled the tin at shoppers in Liskeard, Cornwall.

One of thatchers children?. They grew up with no respect. One or two whips with the birch would do the trick.

Spot on in Singapore - he'd be doing five years the first few weeks unable to sit down due to the brutal caning they rightly throw in to deter criminal scum

    Complete scum

My almost crippled 73 year old Dad is a regional co-ordinator for the RBL and an ex-army officer, he is out collecting in all weathers for his fallen comrades and their families.

and God bless your daughter too mate. I'm sure you're incredibly proud of her but at the same time anxious for her too. I'm sure she'll have great experiences in the army which will give her invaluable experience for her life in civvie street when she eventually leaves
