Although I doubt Taxi drivers in Bangkok, Phnom Penn or Ho Chi Minh are any more honest than Manila cabbies
I like some parts of the Phil's and have enjoyed most of my time there, but feel I've seen all I want to see there now and have only gone back so many time because of connections there, but the time has come to see other countries. Maybe I'll head back to the Phils in 2013 after a bit of a break
