Haha getting you into the festive mood. Surprised it's so late, Christmas incorporates the month of the 'bers'! Admittedly I bought a Christmas tree last month because it was cheap, and then wondered what on earth to do with it, so put it up.

Heh heh, I'm glad to see that it's not just me who is having this sort of problem!

Everyday for the last few weeks, I've been explaining to my wife that it's too early to put up the Christmas tree. She wants a "real" one, so if we put it up now, it will have lost most of its needles by Christmas day!

It's easy to get the decorations down, since it's "unlucky" to have them up beyond a certain date. But it seems there's no such mumbo jumbo I can use to justify not putting them up in November!

Actually I hate Xmas now, and hide until it goes away.

All so false and commercialised ....except if you have little kids, and then it's great shopping at Toys R Us.

I only bother with a tree and a few decorations for the kids sake. My tree will go up mid December and come back down again on Dec 29th just before I head off to Vietnam. I don't want to have to take it down when I get back in mid Jan.
