All I can suggest is, if applying for a visa, give them all the information they require and a little bit more....Then you wont be forking out for an appeal.
We had some grey areas, when we applied for our spouse visa, but I was confident because we explained everything in detail, give them a little bit more...Take your time and do the same and you'll be fine.![]()
i dont think its that much, around £100
i think its around 1/3 of appeals are won becuase of news evidence that was submitted, if they had submitted that evidence in the first place it would have saved alot of time and money.
i wonder if you get your money back if you win ??![]()
i doubt it but you should..
a solicitor could charge £400+ an hour, so £100 is not that much..
minimise your chances of refusal is the way to get your visa![]()
