    Good News????

    Just opened my email's and found this. Does this mean our visa is going to be granted?

    Thank you for your letter of 19 November 2011.

    Please be informed that the decision to refuse your application for entry clearance has been reviewed by an Entry Clearance Manager and has been overturned. Please submit your passport so that an Entry Clearance Officer can consider your application further.

    Please send your passport, via courier, to the Embassy within 2 weeks from the date of this letter to the following address:
    My wife and mother in law are now doing a happy dance.

    Lilibeth has a closet full of winter clothes at my Mum's house from last years vacation.

    Congratulations & well done, Simon & Lilibeth in getting such a crass [original] decision overturned. I'm so pleased to read that the Entry Clearance Manager involved in reviewing Lilibeth's inadvertent 'non~disclosure', had the commonsense and sensitivity to see it for what it was ... a GENUINE misunderstanding!

    many many thanks to all of you ... passport has been sent to Manila Embassy . still bit nervous , I wish to see my passport back with the visa in it.
    Is anybody here knew how long it might take to get my passport back???
