yeah, I don't mind the exchange rate and fees...I just want to know if any one has done it. It's just my last resort. I have to transfer money to my mom's BDO account from my own account but I didn't know that upon enrolling my mom's account to be connected to my own that they need me to activate it thru a BDO ATM myself and I have my debit card here and won't be able to do it. So my last resort is to withdraw the money here from my debit card and then deposit it thru Keith's Paypal account and then he can transfer it to my Paypal and then I can transfer it to my mom's BDO account..whew! so much stress for that!

I've search and saw that it would cost me $3.50 per international withdrawal and $1 for every international balancce inquiry..And overall, It still won't cost me a lot..probably just around P1000. Keith won't have extra fee from Paypal (probably depends on the amount to be sent) and I'd only have P200 fee from Paypal to BDO. I've checked thru Western Union from their online calculator that it would cost me almost P3000 if I'd send the money thru them.
