I saw that one as well lastlid. I still think I'll wait and see what he does (if anything) first. I find it strange that he's not followed up his first email to me.

Make sure all contact with the buyer goes through the Ebay mail system.

Keith, its the only way I do it on ebay. Never give out my info. Still no follow up from the bloke though. Strange, I'd have thought he'd be pestering me like mad if he was serious considering the amount of money involved.

Sounds to me like free rental. If it is so easy for a buyer to purchase an item and be able to open a case to claim for 45 days after the purchase, why wouldn't they?.. Where is the Vendors protection?

Exactly, I won't be selling anything else on ebay. I'll look at craigs list or gumtree next time I think.

Well thats it, he's gone and opened a case against me now. What a . It makes me so angry. I know ebay will side with him even though there is no proof from him, photographic or from an independant!!! I've now responded to him putting forth my side but I don't think it'll do any good. Great stuff just before chrimbo!

Now I've had the bill through from ebay for using them........£41.00!!!!!! Thats on top of the £27 odd that paypal took. Safe to say I've now learnt my lesson and I'll not be selling one more item through those robbing b*****ds. This is putting a real crimp on my run up to xmas.
