I stayed at Dumaluan Beach Resort on Panglao Island ( http://www.dumaluanbeach.com/specials.php ) last month, far cheaper than Bohol Beach Club ( www.boholbeachclub.com ). I've also stayed there, and your right it's highly recommended.
Personally I much prefer Dumaluan Beach.
