Hi everyone, me and my husband finally decided that we should take the visa by january or february next year against all odds. After losing his nan, we have both feeling so down that we feel like we failed his nan of not being able to meet her until she died few days ago :( it was even more devastating to grieve on your own without your better half :(

my husband has gotten rid of the OD as this was the main problem we have had for the last few months, he paid most of it with his savings and some of his overtime salary this month. We will risk explaining as to how and why he was overdrawn and we will just pray that it will be considered :( My husband has still left disposable income after all bills are paid and has been working for ages in his company. We also have thought of sending a years copy of bank statements and pay slips to show and compare his income when he was okay and when he got sick which was the sole reason why he has to live with his overdraft for a year.

now am only wondering if its best we submit 3 months healthy statements?? have anyone actually got their visa using only 3 months? or is it best to do what we plan and not lie about the previous OD?
